I liked the part.
School yard line with kickflip front blunt fakie was nice.

I read the comments here before watching, and was under the impression the voiceovers went through the entire edit or something. In reality they weren’t that bad to be honest.

Overall, I enjoyed it. Some amazing skating.

"Everyone's a critic" was a very fitting way to start this part. I liked it a lot and didn't think the voiceover was nearly as bad as everyone made it sound. Dakota's always been an underrated ripper and I appreciate how he can chomp rails with style but also do more creative skating. The ride on 5050 to fs blunt to fakie 5050 and that 180 fakie 5050 to fakie fs board are two prime examples of that. He made both of those tricks look very smooth and stylish.

The 180 5050 to fakie fs board to fakie was fucked up
Standout for sure. Definitely his most varied part. When I called this crew boring in the Braden Hoban followed thread this is what I was hoping for. I knew he could do it. Didn’t hate the voiceover. It wasn’t profound or anything, and didn’t seem pretentious to me. Lots of bangers and not just rail tricks. Dakota rips.

That was the most annoying edit they could have possibly done. Can someone please do a Zero style re-edit

I seem to remember he fs feebled the Carlsbad kinked rail like 20 years ago as a small child. The ollie in the thumbnail is impressive. Lose the moustache.

skating was awesome, 180 fakie fs board fakie was sick, blunt on the arto rail was sick, 5050 on the rebar rail was sick.

id rewatch this more if it was more concise, dont mind the voiceovers but felt like minutes of this video could have been shaved off. they are trying something new but think it needs more time in the edit bay. the fadeout transition on the long kinked 5050 had me rolling my eyes.

shoulda just slapped a modest mouse song, green filter and called it a day

Really enjoyed that even despite a few too many filler clips.

Sick choice of handrails and approach to spots. Wasn't expecting it to be this heavy, respect.

RADICAL REBAR ROLLERCOASTER

gnarly part - I personally cant wait to go back and check out some of those more creative tricks and spots

he has the perfect arm steeze, need that. I'm out here dislocating my shoulder popping into things lol.

Always nice to see the whole skater too.

skating was fucked

Even though he talks like an ai solely trained on motivational calendar quotes and the whole tum yeto/emerica life on the road schtick is pretty played out i dig the part. These days everything is ironic and just a joke, it's kinda refreshing to see these guys trying to put out something they like and care about. At the end of the day these guys are total skate rats skating every day while the cool guys are putting out ride on grinds set to emo music.

Good clips but that format was lame. Probably would've still complained if it was a straight forward Emerica part with an Explosions in the Sky song as well but whatever.

These voiceovers were much better than that WIP video from a few weeks ago.

Skating was top notch.

He rips so hard . having seen him skate in person a few times at the park you’d know a lot of these are light work. Dudes consistent as it gets . I do wish he’d do more flip tricks just to show off different skills cause he’s got all that shit on lock too.

Only complaint was the voiceover and scooter trick feel more like tour video stuff .that said I think in terms of it being an edit for a shoe I like it as a commercial and sells the product in a more personal way , which emerica needs to be doing right now.

Good for him, he kinda embodies the old skate lifestyle of constantly being on the road and it’s nice to not see the same old spots. The followed stuff was kinda lame but the fruits of the labor are great.

He fucking rips and I’ll watch anything he puts out. Some really cool spots and combos in here without dropping the difficulty down.

But man, that could’ve been a really watchable tighter 4-5 minute part

I fuck with it. Not my favorite skater by any means but this is probably my favorite thing he's done. The edit was too long but I swear if people on slap had their way every video would be the same.

The No Age song was a nice throwback. I'll take that over the stoner rock they had been pedaling before.

He basically explained what it’s like to be driving around with your friends all high trying to decide where to get fast food.  I agree the footage deserves a re edit.

I’d actually like to see him pull some NBDs at some boring well-known landmark spots.  We know he can 5050 a kinked rail anywhere in the country.

I’m pretty sure that’s Jon on the bike which makes it even better. Jon Allie has always been in a league of his own.

Personally, I can’t compare a scooter cameo to a BMX one on any level. It’s pure embarrassment to have that in your part in any circumstance. Feel bad for the dude when there’s a ton of great skating in there also.

Skating was rad. He seems like he works hard. There was no need to turn this into what it was.
