Thanks. That was a good read.
Makes the switch to hardbody more relatable

It's nice that we found out a bit of background about it, it's not surprising at all. Polar feels a bit empty these days sadly, rumours of Oski leaving too ain't gonna help this

Now explain the $300 Hardbody flannel

It's all made in Portugal, so there's a cost to it, rather than most products we're a-custom to, which are made where there are no or little labour laws

get the fuck outta here with this shit. no labor* law existing anywhere justifies a flannel costing $300. it's almost like you're looking for a reason to get duped.

Doesn’t Polar make their apparel in Portugal? And yet their shirts aren’t $300+

I wouldn't be surprised but it's like some people are hating for the sake of hating. T-Shirts from Hardbody, are exactly the same price as Polar, £41/$50/€48. Unless the cost is much higher in the US, it's annoying but not surprising. It's just companies making a hard buck off soft goods

I love Hjalte's skating and parts but this its the most amateur looking skatephoto they could get of him
A nice manual photo from far away was better than this average looking crook
