I am still humming ‘One More Song’ 18 years after the fact. What do you got…

pretty much any super schmaltzy, tug-at-the-heartstrings soundtrack when done well. first one that comes to mind is nick jensen in lost and found, would post but i think it's muted on youtube

Just watched round 3 yesterday after probably 10 years and still think it’s one of the worst the killers song. Or at least it didn’t age well imo.

As a child, this opened up my mind up to the idea that your skating / style can be so good and respected that you can skate to / do whatever you want. Essentially opened my eyes to "confidence" and the fact that coolness comes from confidence (which comes from getting really good at whatever you're doing).

Back then dudes were wayyy more frail with their masulinity. I mean skating a pink deck was unheard of in my city

I shouldn't love this song with this part, but somehow it works perfectly.

I used to dislike this song as well, but after listening to Le Tigre & Bikini Kill more as I got older, I enjoy it now.

My experience is the exact opposite.

Loved this song when I first saw Yeah Right as a kid, now it just grates my nerves for some reason.

Never a fan of Sting or even The Police, really, but I really like the Reese Forbes part from Third Eye View, song included.

I have never had a reason to listen to Rod Stewart for anything until I heard Young Turks in Louie's Bag of Suck part. I still would never listen to Rod or any other shitty synth-heavy 80's music, but I do love that song.
If my rep is ever an even number, please kindly throw me either a kook or a gnar in order to return me to my odd number equilibrium.

I've had to explain a good number of times to someone why this song popped up in my playlist. They usually stop listening (skaters and non-skaters) well before I come to the footnote that funnily enough I never was into DGK at all, and it was only because of Wade's part in the Primitive video that I unapologetically came out as a lifelong fan.

Rod Stewart cracks me up, can't believe he is a real person. Here he makes prolonged eye contact with the bassist and bounces around like he's jacking off. Talk about stage presence.

I feel like if you have free weed, hoes, and the best DJ (a rack of moet and tub of alize)
things will be ok
...and you won't need a keg

All I need to kick back
is 3 kegs and a tap
if the beers are flat
then that ass will get slapped
