I'd like to know too. It's the hardest of the regular 180 manual tricks. I don't get it.

I don’t have these on lock or anything, but they work better for me when I do a solid back 180 with no pivot. I feel like I lock into the switch manual better, and can hold it longer, if I just focus on doing a perfect 180. I would love to get a kick flip into one of these one day. Good feeling trick when you land one.

Don't hunch over for the bs 180, keep back straight.

Comea down to mostly core strenght to keep your shoulders in check after the 180
