Kanaan Dern is wasting what could be a much more respectable and interesting skate career by going all in riding for Zero, along with his boring and eye roll inducing YouTube channel. At this point, I also can't see any other team wanting him, or where he would even properly fit in, and his"legacy" in skateboarding will live and die as the guy who threw down at the Hellride dressed as the Joker that one time. Probably doesn't help that he and the other Dern brothers have kind of a weird vibe to them I can't quite put my finger on.

Apparently one of them is a Trumper so I assume at least one of them is a sex pest

I cannot think of someone who came on the scene with less promise than the guy who dressed as the joker for hellride. Zero honestly might be too good for him, and that's saying a lot

Sorry god, but that Hellride Halloween contest was fucked up good, we still remember it years later which that in itself is something very hard to do with the amount of content that gets put out every day.
For example, I remembered last Krooked video was really good but honestly could not remember any specific trick. I re-watched and it was like watching a brand new video even if I had watched it before more than once. So having people still remember him from a contest of years ago was probably because the skating was fucking nuts (complementing with a dope costume)

Honestly dude's a match with Zero in terms of skating style and attitude. He could have probably gotten another board sponsor but it seems like he wanted to ride for Zero and is really appreciating being sponsored by them and not just taking advantage of getting free boards from someone.

Where else can you find a list of tricks done at a spot with footage? That's documenting heritage right there.
