I’ll probably buy it when the next/new Zelda game is released.

With the original Switch, I played only on TV bc it just felt so small in my hands.
Switch 2, I’ve played almost exclusively handheld since I got it. It looks great on TV but the larger screen and grips makes the handheld experience much more comfortable for me.

Ok great - I was hoping that would be the case.   Been wanting to play a Mario/DK game for the longest time but haven’t had a Nintendo system since the 64

Have fun! I highly recommend Nintendo Switch Online for the retro virtual consoles. Getting to play Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask scaled up to look proper on modern TVs is a dream come true.

I never played either!   I feel like there was a controller add-on that made Ocarina more expensive and I never could get it.  I had a frustrating experience with a game boy Zelda game at someone’s house, so the franchise never loomed large for me as a kid, but I see now what I’ve missed

Ahh, the infamous Expansion Pak issue. Glad that’s a thing of the past.

The GB/GBC Zelda games are very tedious and pretty difficult. I don’t blame you for not getting jazzed on the series after that being your experience. Give OOT a try and I think you’ll enjoy your experience much more.

Will do.  Always looked good on the demo sets at Best Buy

Any hopes there have been a good Star Fox since 64?

As far as I know, the 64 and OG versions are the only ones worth playing anymore.

Got a switch 2 last month. It’s been rad since the system I have been playing on is a jailbroken Wii that I’ve had since 2010. Ha.
Loving all the old Nintendo games available. Really getting back into SNES Zelda.
Also liked Stray for a new game.
And getting sucked into stardew valley.
