So, I knew that the xbox360 was capable of playing songs through your mp3 player, but I thought you'd need to have one of the more expensive packages than the one I got, like how the more spendy ones read dvd's n' shit, or buy an add-on. So I plugged my mp3 player in, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it worked, and I was just watching some "visualizations" while flipping through tracks on shuffle. That was cool, but got old pretty quick, and SKATE was already in, so I just went ahead and started the game, and IT PLAYED MY MUSIC INSTEAD OF THEIR SHITTY PLAYLISTS DURRING GAMEPLAY! So stoked. I had never heard anything about this, ever.

Anyone else utilize this god-send?

After I watching that, I skated the spot for like 30 minutes.  I finally cleared it, but I don't have my xbox live set up right now.  I will upload it tomorrow if I get a chance

I didn't think it was possible either that's why I never tried it. It's pretty fun trying to put together lines down that tripple though. Has anyone sucessfully front blunted that rail? I've tried so many times and I can never hold a blunt for the whole thing, only grinds and board slides.

So after free skating at 55/1000 accomplished for the last several months, I man'd up and beat the game in two sittings. How fun is the mega compound??? I did backflip to back lip fakie on that rail at the bottom, and got an epic clip where TK tries to snake me but I just push harder, I then fs flip nose manny revert a manny pad, then I powerslide, extending my arm, and I clothes-line TK flat onto his back.

How much does xboxLive cost??

Well, then it's official, I nollie back heel'd, bigspin'd, fs flip and bs flipped El Toro

Hell yeah I'm cool.  8)

I did that weird glitchy roof thing and managed to get onto one of the overpasses I've been eyeing since I got the game. It wasn't the good one that has a gap in it, though. There was nothing up there but two dividers you couldn't get over, and at one end of the bridge you're just sent spinning in space, and at the other end you could do a trick down onto a grassy field, skate back to civilization, then you're on the wrong side of the fense. There was like one ledge and a bunch of flat ground, and I couldn't get back over and had to use the map to get back.

I got the "red rings of death"  While I'm waiting for a new one to arrive from gamestop (mines under warrenty)  I found something online that will allow me...to continue playing...

unplug everything...including the hard drive...except the power chord....turn your xbox on and wrap it tightly in 3 towels...let it run for 30 minutes...it will overheat....after 30 minutes unwrap it...let it cool down for 20 minutes...plug everything back in and it should work for another couple of days...repeat this bullshit as neccessary...this will prevent you from stabbing yourself in the neck...or devoting more time to empty pursuits such as work..school...realationships.

Will microsoft still accept it for a return if you do that though?

Well the thing is...if you're getting the red rings...then its already broken...."baking" your xbox is only a temporary solution...the 360 has been having tons of issues...most all of them heat related....whatever is wrong with your xbox will continue to be wrong...so when you send it back it will still have the red rings....it just makes it so you can play while until you get a replacement...if you end up doing it be careful...don't melt it to your floor or burn your loved ones.

Hmmm...word. I'd probably just send it back.

Thats the wise thing to do...but after you send one back you only get a 30 day warrenty on the 2nd one...then you have to pony up 100 some bucks....I'm having fun baking my xbox until the new one arrives.

so what happened to making that Russ MIlligan part?

windows movie maker happened. it wouldn't let me save it. a clip at the beginning kept glitching, so i filmed it again, and it did the exact same thing. then i got frustrated and deleted all the clips.
