I caught the Portland premiere of the vid. The skits do slow the vid down in a premiere setting, for sure. That said, I didn't really mind them, but I was sober and thus more willing to sit through something not skateboarding.
The skating was pretty rad, I think everyone came through with some solid footy. Some of the ams, like Grant Taylor and Hassler really surprised me, as did Wieger. Backside heelflip nosegrind one eighty pop-out in the middle of a ledge is gnar. Lewis Marnell had a solid part and Omar does what he usually does, which is make a limited trick selection exciting to watch. The few Gino clips make the video worth it, I think.
Music was interesting too, P-Rod skating to Sonic Youth was unexpected, as was his nollie late flip. That shit was pretty tight.
