Wouldn't life suck if you didn't skate?

I was thinking about it today and wtf do "normal" people do for fun? Sure, they have hobbies and all that other crap but nothing else even comes close to skating and I think life would just be boring as fuck without it.

So what do you think you'd be doing now if you never started skating?

skating used to be a mental health issue for me. if i didnt get to skate id freak out really bad. all in all skating has been a better stress reliever for me than beating off and thats saying alot. i would probably would be crazy if i didnt skate

i would be doing lots of shit, i would probably be more focused on my music. im sure i would be a lot less lazy. i would probably give more of a damn about video games. have lots and lots of nikes since i wouldnt be fuckin them up. probably would have gotten those turntables i wanted, already would have had this

For some reason i dont think most people are like this. Most hobbies dont really have as much to them as skating, so i dont think they are as addicting. Most people i know who play team sports, even if they like it, theyll play the game or 2 a week, go to their practice and forget about it until the next one. Anyway, i didnt realize how bored id be without skating until winter hit.

I was thinking the exact same thing on Monday or so, and I figured out that I'd be a fucking loser if I didn't skateboard. I basically looked at all my school friends and their "usual activities" outside of school and decided I would either be an out of control alcoholic, be super heavy into weed or be a drug dealer. Thank God I skateboard.

Probably I'd just be real good at tennis. I would alo have a blonde girlfriend with big boobs. She'd be really outgoing and intelligent. We would meet after my training sessions and go to the movies with a couple of friends, amybe hit the clubs later on. I'd probably be into house, she'd be all about soft rock and I would make fun of that all the time. She wouldn't mind though. Maybe she would move on to study in a different place, which would work out in the beginning, but after a while I'd get a little paranoid and started making those crucial "mistakes" myself. Soon our realtionship would be inofficially over. My parents and especially my grandmother wouldn't find out for months. I'd be a little depressed for a while, but also more focused on my incredible tennis abilities. Eventually I'd partake in one or two national competitions and show up in some local newspapers, somewhere between austrian icehockey news and that charity soccer game the mayor played in.
