I have about 15-20 hours on these. I'm a big fan of NB# shoes, in particular this Stratford shoe. Only minor gripe is that the stock laces are super long, so I switch them out right away.

Why don't you just cut them and melt the ends with a lighter?

Also, when did Will Easley focus again? Did he cause a scene?
[close]

I think it's because he gets kooked for every other post he makes and then some... ::)

I was wondering the same thing about weasely. He'll be back.
He'll make a scene coming back again. All I know is that the d00d has become so boring and predictable I completely forgot he was here again. I was scrolling over everything he said.

2 hours on these Kremers... I like cupsole better because they allow me to have longer sessions but they definitly can't beat this amazing boardfeel.

Just grabbed these today. I haven't skated them yet but they feel fantastic walking around. They are definitely vulcanized but they have a ton of support, particularly in the heel. Can't wait to break them in.

Picked up a pair of the Kyle Walker Slip-on Pros in the cream colored suede. Seriously considering dying them black so because dirty looking white shoes suck. But stoked on having a pair.

Can you post a mini review when you wear/skate em?

My new favorite shoe.
Lakai BB4

This shoe has it all. Comfort, stability, boardfeel, durability, and style. My feet haven't been so happy in a long time.

Purchased the cambys, so far they feel great nice flick good cushioning. Has anyone had these? any issues i should know about?

very good shoe, just finished skating a pair myself. i'd buy 'em over and over again if i could always find a black/white suede combo in 8.5 every time i needed shoes.

NO! give him the black ones we all know how those skate, there's been multiple reviews. Keep the brown ones and tell us how they skate, I want to know how that synthetic shit holds up and if they're worth 90 stones

NB# sizing is the opposite of Converse Cons, runs so small. I can fit a size 10 no problem, I wear a NINE in all my shoes.

Both are size 10, and fits perfect. I still have both pairs with me, I am about done with my Lynx and I wanna lace up new shoes too.

I have these as well, some weird nubuck.

i feel the same about nb# sizing.  but i like the fact that when i get my true size(12), my feet stretch the suede to just the right.  There's no 'after flop' in the shoe at all.

Agree. I have a pair of every model NB# make - and skate them - and have bought my normal size. They stretch perfectly to your foot. I wouldn't size up or down.

EDIT: Explaining that a little further...the upper on the Stratford, Logan and Quincy is soft. It's not rigid and stiff. They feel very similar to how most running shoes feel out of the box. (no coincidence) And although they are soft and ready to go, they don't breakdown, they form to your foot. I honestly wouldn't size up in any of those because you will likely hate the fit after a few sessions. As for the Brighton, it's a little more structured and rigid out of the box. It's a nice shoe, but it's my least favorite to skate in. That's not a slight at all, because it's a really nice shoe, just that those other 3 are better for skating. The heel lock in the Logan is second to none.

And NB use the same great insoles across all their shoes.

The Brighton Hi was the first NB shoe I skated! I like the Brighton Hi a lot more than the Brighton Lo. You will be psyched. Comparatively speaking, I can tell you that they are going to fit a lot more close to your foot and ankle than the Lakai Indio did for you. They may feel weird at first, but you'll love them.

What do you guys suggest for someone who has got the flattest feet? I like 'em comfy and a good amount of board feel.

Nike sb dunk low are pretty good.
Busenitz (the original) are also pretty good

I've skated a lot of shoes and those were the ones that brought the least amount of pain to my feet. What also helps is using lunarlon soles in all your shoes, with the insoles from your podiatry on top of those

I would say they run true to size. I got them in an 11 and that's what I wear 90% of the time in any brand or style. I wouldn't really call them wide. I do have slightly wide feet though, but the shoes feel broken in fresh out the box so the width was not an issue for me. I would say they fit snug, but not tight. Definitely not a roomy or loose fit. The shape of the toe area has a nice mellow point to it, not as pointy as the Busenitz pro or Herman G6, but nice shape for getting that flick. The height of the toe area from the midsole up is nice and slim so that helps to keep your foot from sliding around and keeps the shoe nice and snug. The thickness of the midsole is a good balance for any type of skating in my opinion. Alot of boardfeel for flatground and ledges, plenty of support for taking impact if you're jumping down stuff too... First shoe in awhile that I've taken straight from the box and skated without walking around in them first. I got about 7 hours on the black pair so far and they're holding up real good. No holes yet. No sore feet. Outsole is super grippy. Shoe feels nice and stable, no heel slip or feet sliding around inside. The heel and ankle area feel good and protected too, perfect amount of padding while still maintaining a slim low profile non bulky feel. They're pretty lightweight too. Comfort level is amazing. I dig em.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm really considering the Busenitz now for my next shoe purchase, that or the Chima Pros.

i?m wearing the new reynolds low vulcs right now!

i was wondering if anyone already has the new herman g 6 vulcs and wanted to ask if they fit true to size, cause i think about ordering those!

i?m asking cause the reynolds run half a size big for me, and i recently had issues with my regular g6 cause it was half a size small. i usually wear size 8 in all my shoes!
with the new reynolds, the width of the shoe is fine in size 8, but length wise they feel bigger.

if anybody has info on the sizing of the new g 6 vulcs i would appreciate it!
