Just got these. They're so comfortable they might as well be slippers. I also promised myself to keep these nice for a while, but it's going to be torture to not skate them. I want every single pair that my shop has in my size.

i just got finished with the white kyle walker slip one pros and bought 2 pairs of these....as much as i love original slip ons these are too comfortable to pass up

The AVEs were killing my feet, so based on advice from the Upcoming Shoes thread, I got these:

So nice. Good job Emerica. Beetween these and the upcoming Figgys, you've got my money for a bit.

How's the heel? The regular laced is a blister machine, is this softer?

-adidas adi ease-

Picked up these adi-ease a couple weeks ago... probably my new favorite shoe.

Just bought some too in the Flatspot sales for 27?. This colorway:

They are some kind of coated suede that appears to be leather. Really comfy anyway, hyped!

+ this:

Bought these because the last ones i had were maybe the best shoe i ever skated. Didnt remember they were kinda snug so they need some break-in.

I will skate the Adi-ease first because it's summertime, yeah!  8)

I think these may have been the best shoes I've ever skated. You'll be quite pleased, though I don't think they really need to be broken in.

How does this wafflecup thing compares to a real cupsole ? I've bought a pair of Kremers and the vulc is killing me. I've been riding alot of emerica cupsoles this past year and I'm fine at the end of a session, you guy's think these crockett's would give me similar support ?

I don't remember ever having sore feet after skating in them, but it's not like I'm skating huge stair sets either. I can tell you the tread on the bottom lasts - what I thought to be - significantly longer than vulc Vans. Basically all I know is that I liked them and I highly recommend them, so take that for what you will.

That along with the 'new' sole sounds like the perfect shoe. Thanks for the response!

Hash Slinging Slasher- Yeah I'm excited to skate them. I think I'm gonna have alot of fun in these. They just felt a little stiff around where the top of the shoe bends at first, but I've worn them walking a few times now and they're feeling way good.
Julz- I haven't skated them yet, but the wafflecup is really supportive feeling. It feels more sturdy than the other standard vulc shoes I've worn lately. I've been digging the UltraCush HD insoles in the Vans pro skate series lately too.

They have such shitty stitching and thin canvas material back there that just rubs off from sweat, leaving the bare plastic to gouge your heel out. Fix that shit already.

How narrow are these? Really interested in trying them out but I've realized I can't wear narrow shoes without getting blisters on my pinky toes.

Yep.. Or, the Romero Laced. The Laced is discontinued though (I think, not in the spring 15 catalog), the regular laced was a little bulkier in the toe and the heel was harder. It also had the old emerica cupsole which is a little stiffer and less grippy than the new one.

Really hyped on the Romero laced, cant wait to try it out. The figgy too!
