I didn't get a chance to notice the quality on the white pair's when i tried them on. How are they? they're not like those weird white leather that'll just peel of the white with a simple crease or scratch right?

the price tag answers that question. the leather is great quality. the black ones I'm currently skating scuff and don't peel like some other companies "leather" out there. haven't skated the whites yet but plan on it next session so ill report back on that as well. interested in the suedes but i'm just not digging the weird burgundy putty color

Leather that peels and flakes is not real leather.  That is bonded leather.  a cheap look-alike and usually a ripoff cause you think you are getting a leather shoe when. 
Genuine Leather is first grade animal hide that wears well (doesn't flake) and develops patina with use.

Does anyone know how to fix this or are these just done? I was letting my heels rest on the outside of the collar when I was sitting down a few times and doing that kinda fucked up the collar. I'm not ready to let these go.

I would say use duck tape, but would be hard to fix since the foam is all out and exposed like that.

It got like that from me sitting down and taking my shoes halfway off and letting my heels rest on the outside of the collar while the collar was folded inward. Eventually the collar just started to break down more and more from the few times I was doing that. I'll make sure to try the duct tape thing but I think it's safe to say it's my fault the collar ended up in such a way.

I got a huge hole on the inside of the foot in the cromer sutter's I had. didn't even get to skate in them. I won't be giving them any more money.

I skated a pair of southerns, and I really try not to fold down the backs of my skate shoes so they don't lose their shape. As soon as I did that on the southerns they were unskateable. The heel counter breaks down really easy and the shoe started having major heel slip even after they were perfect before. They went from being one of my favorite shoes to garbage just because I folded the heels down.

skating them right now. first session left me worried too, since the outsole around the toecap got pretty much torn down. but the second cap behind it is pretty damn durable, no complaints here. enjoy them, i sure did enjoy mine.

everybody talks about wanting the original accel back. skate the g6s with black/gum and you're fuckin there!
also been skatin the reynolds vulc. ripped fast but if you superglue right they last. super thin and good board feel
skating both these made me remember how you used to have to break in shoes and I like that

Truthfully speaking this is how I feel about Huf. It's a total meat head brand around here. Weed socks and Zumiez. Frat bros rock HUF gear as proudly as they rock Diamond shirts. Which, ironically I actually see more non skaters than skaters here that wear Huf. It's strange.

Having said all that, between the new grey Mercer and the black leather Sutter it is taking everything in me to resist. They are both great looking shoes.
