I put a suede bumper on some thrift store chucks and they feel dope. The suede really gives a grippy flick to em.

Just got the CTAS pro. Im a 11, and they do run big -_- luckily i have wide feet and like thick socks so its not as bad for me. I wont be skating in these anytime cause i dont skate in thin canvas shoes. The regular ones aren't as comfy.

Im skating in the habitat getz, habitat makes great shoes.... never disappointed

How are these? Do they feel like vulcs?

I think they feel like a cup, but it's fairly thin for a cup. I've mostly been skating thrift store vulcs for the last six months, shoes like chucks or authentics that are already kinda beat, so new shoes that don't feel like I'm wearing moccasins are amazing, and they work great. The laced aren't as grippy as a waffle sole, but they grip well, feel solid, and still have enough boardfeel. The Emerica laced is my favorite shoe, and it's a big improvement over the older ones. The sole is way better and they stitched the pieces around the ollie area together from the inside, so one panel is not raised up over the other. The straps that hold the tongue down are bigger, slightly tighter, and made out of a better material than some elastic that blows out after a while.

I also got these for $36 shipped on 6pm.com so that was cool.

I also found a pair of the black and gold Herman G6s at Ross for $24, which was an awesome come-up. Those have more cushion in the sole than the laced, like it has a slight amount of give because of the foam in the sole, but it's harder to feel my board. The Hermans also have some padding but the laced are perfectly fine without it. If the board hits my foot hard, it's going to hurt either way.

I wish the black and gum ones were on sale for a similar price, and I wonder what the figgy shoe is going to be like in comparison.

Got these at a thrift store for $Free.99, and the slight heel really helps with my chronic back pain. They don't make me look like as much of an asshole as I thought they would.

Has anyone tried the Huf classics? None of the shops near me have them so I think I'll have to order online.

Wizard Fight, it is impossible for desert boots to make anyone look like an asshole.  And yes, those spongy crepe soles do feel pretty nice for back pain.  I'm on my feet at work all the time which aggravates my back and those work very well.  Running shoes with jeans would make you look like a an asshole.

Should I email someone about this? This is my second pair of Adi Ease and fourth pair of Adidas I've skated and I haven't seen any shit like this especially after only skating this shoe for a week.

I just e-mailed customer service about it so hopefully they'll get back to me soon. I'd assume a company like Adidas would be down to replace a defective shoe relatively fast.

Good shoe, skating the white ones as well right now. Also found them on sale. The rubber isn't as grippy/sticky as I thought it would be, flicks real nicely. The sole feels real good and solid, even after the upper starts to give in. Isn't the same sole used in the lunar Janoski?

So funny I just got the same One Shots from Marshall's. I have been skating them for like a week and it seriously is one of the best skate shoes I have ever had. They feel so amazing just to walk around in let alone skate. My feet are so grateful after skating some huf classic lows.

I wish they had the gusseted tongue like the other new CTAS models, I hate when it slips to the side.

^yeah same here- got me the white suede polar cons and was kinda bummed on it not having the strap things keeping the tongue centered, but was like whatever. i?m skating some of the black suede(is it some higher quality leather as some people told me?) cons ctas with that gusseted tongue right now and they are one of the most durable shoes i got. got me a second pair off ebay cause my first pair is still going good, that i'm wearing right now. damn- nike got me!!!

That sucks that they don't have the good tongue. I have the suede high top chucks right now and I think a loose tongue would drive me crazy.
