Left are Lakai Picos, right are Dekline Daily. My first pair of Deklines ever and first pair of Lakais in a while.
The Lakai toe box feels super bulbous and rounded, unsure how I feel about them entirely yet. The front of the shoe just feels super wide. the Deklines are pointy and look/feel exactly like Gravis filters or slyms which I don't think is a bad thing. Obviously super thin but I kind of like them as I'm not jumping down shit.

picked up a pair of the durrant adi-ease adv. this version of the adi-ease comes with a removable sole, a tiny bit of extra padding, a thicker bumper, and thicker suede. when you look down they definitely don't look as slim as a normal pair of adi-ease, but they're still on the slimmer side. it's like an in between of the normal version and the busenitz vulc.

when i was in the states a few weeks ago, i saw those mandersons in almost every size at a few ross locations. the outlet stores for the individual brands are where the deals can get insane. at nike i saw janoski mids in black suede going for $30, adidas had buy one get one 50% off of shoes that were already $35, cons had a lot of weapons and skate leather pros in the $30-$40 range as well.

Currently rotating between these 2:

Liked the red pair of SLR I had so much that I went in on another. This is a damn nice skate shoe for so many different reasons. I posted this last time, incredibly stable shoe with a vice for heel lock.

Another nice shoe, NB# Logan. Really dig the soles and heel lock on these too.

How do the SLR's fit? I just ordered a pair but I'm worried I may have bought them too small.
flat spotted 3 times in 2 weeks, other than that awesome wheels

I always expected leather to last a lot longer than suede, but so far, all of the leather shoes I've skated got a hole in them a lot quicker than the suede shoes I had before. Also, any of y'all have any experience with Vision Hi's?? Been wanting to try a pair lately

They fit snug front to back, very close to the foot all the way around. I would suggest staying true to your normal size. Also a very stable shoe with great board feel.

Supra Estaban, thought they would be hard to get used to, but they skated great straight out of the box. Great board feel, and really light for a hightop.

I was really interested by the estabans, but when I had them in hands, the quality of the finishes really threw me off. For example the feeling of the tongue wasn't good (the foam wasn't really consistent), there were some glue defect on the sole too. Hopefully it was just the first colorways.

I'm really tempted to try them if I can find them cheap: for the price tag (around 100$) I was expecting something with an higher attention to the details.

Just finished skating a pair, they were awesome! I hardly ever skate a shoe till it's dead, but I skated the AVEX till it was done. Great shoe

Thanks for gettin back to me. I bought a half size down after a few comments I read and the wear tested review. I'll just wait to see tomorrow when they get in. Glad to hear the board feel is on point though.
