Yo what's the word on the lunar janoski's? I've never skated any type of janoski's before and have been thinking about trying the lunar mids. How good is the cushioning & durability?

A solid shoe. Cushioning is great, durability is average. I also found the suede ones to perform better than the first batch which were nubuck. I still prefer the og janoski.

Needed a cupsole. My old ass feet hurt. Got the Lucas ADV cause I liked the slim shape

Seems like a good shoe.

Love the look, not much to write home about as an actual skate shoe though.

I've got a pair of these sitting in wait, but when i first bought them i noticed Vans has changed the laces, they're really chunky and harder to lace i've found, hopefully it was just on that run of shoes

Could you make us a review of these? I'm really interested, are they higher than the first model?
I was really interested by the first Lucas but they were too low for me, if these are as high as busenitz, i'm definitely getting a pair

I spent more time skating in NB# shoes this past year than any other shoe manu. After skating every shoe in their catalog, the Logan was my favorite. I just received a pair of Logan samples from the upcoming NB# relaunch (in May) and they are fucking dynamite. Seriously, an all around great skate shoe. They kept the upper relatively intact (although it feels like some minor, positive tweaks have been made) and invested most of their attention on redesigning and redoing the entire cupsole. The results are fantastic. The tread pattern is perfect and the sole is a lot more grippy than the first offering. The midsole is comfortable and extra cushioned in the heel, but without dulling the feel. Boardfeel is still excellent.

The fit of the shoe is still slim and close to your foot - toe to heel. True to size - no wasted area or gaps. The heel lock is an absolute vice...it's my favorite part of the shoe. It's not some generic fit, the back of the shoe wraps around your foot for a really stable and secure fit.

I only have about 4 hours on these so far, but I am noticing the nubuck isn't getting all fucked up and ugly like it did on the last offering. Maybe a better material grade is being used this time around. After two sessions, the toe and ollie areas would look like complete shit on the last Logan. I'm anxious to see what colors make it to retail because this will again be my #1 choice of skate shoe. So damn hyped NB# left Black Box. I want these guys to succeed because they are totally down for skateboarding.

This is after 45 minutes of skating my local park. Let me add that it's mostly a tranny park and I have old grip. Yes, that's a hole right through the suede. I'm used to glueing my shoes but this was fast, even for me.

On the positive side, I like the fit, real snug. I'm sure they'll be a good pair of shoes with some glue treatment.

Yeah with my lowtop chucks i couldn't get the insoles out, but on my hightops, I pulled them out as if they were removable. I guess I just wore them for so long on and off and the glue just deteriorated...

**CONS KA

Impulse buy as I was headed back to work. Been wearing the Black/egret colorway for weeks now, can't wait to skate them.
[close]

Really nice looking kicks. Damn.

I've received so many compliments on them (and the black/egret ones) and they are the best fitting shoes, so good. I'm not going to skate the white/gums...might have to pick up a third pair (blk gum) to skate.

Those NB look siick, that's the relaunched logan?

I'll take it in white/gum please.

Has anyone tried these?

I want to get some all white shoes for summer and I love the Sutters, but I have my doubts about the durability of the leather.

Throw back to the old Chaffey High sessions from back in the day with Mulder and crew. Plus it's a nod to Kareem....had to get em....

How are these feelin? Do they have the skate insole? Def want to try out a pair of these.
[close]
They are so good, skated them tonight. Not the skate insole from the Busenitz, but there is plenty of cushion. Gonna have to get the Drake Jones pair when they hit...

Saw this ones today in some shop. They looked soo good! They were cheaper than the regular ones too! 69 and the regulars were like 79/89... They have some wierd blue foam under the insole that looks cushy, the insole is nothing special but is removable and they dont have tongue straps (shame). The shop was this mallshop that is almost like a zumiez but from Portugal so i'm not buying them, at least there. I hope to see them in the skateshop soon!
