How are those? I want to get those but I feel like they are just the basic superstar hi that is marketed to skaters.

have not skated them yet but there are a few improvements just beased on walking around , the toe is a little wider and not so cramped, the insole is nice and squishy and the outsole is alot more flexible than the original superstars. they feel like they will skate great ( if this rain stops and i get to skate soon)

Really want to get them as well, I need to try them on but no stores appear to have them…

Got to skate them for a couple of sessions so far and i really like this shoe. They skate so much better than regular superstars. my only complaint is that the heel lock could be a little better but i think its mostly due to having to go a half size up because of my footprints and ankle brace. Other than that its a solid choice for a shoe

Got a pair of Huf Sutters from Ross for $24.99. They had a couple other models as well, the southern being one of them.

I guess Huf is very widely distributed now! Give it a go boys, check your local Ross!

I totally agree with you on that one!
It looks like designers or maybe just trends don't give a fuck about people who do heelflips and heelflip variation regularly.
Shoes are either too low and you grip part of your ankle, or have heel collars made of mesh or canvas.
I can't even skate shoes that are lower than dunk lows because I end up bleeding from the way I make varial heelflips and Fs heels

nah you can tell from the Emerica emblem on the tongue and the teal color on the laces that the hideous colorway was intentional. they should've paid you $30 to take them

I know Angelus sells a sole dye kit, but I think it might only work for translucent soles.

I actually like that westgate colorway. I love burgundy shoes and i think the teal gives a non boring/fun vibe to the it. I guess i have bad taste tho.

Actually Puig is a name from Catalogne (around Barcelona/Perpignan region). In catalan language it's pronounced like "Pootsh", but in French it's pronounced like "Pweeg"
