That shoe is comfy as hell, no heel flip feeling and they turn to a flimsy potato fast tho.

Also the Hexagonal thread is really shitty, doesn't grip well and wear out so much faster than the herringbone area on the heel, but yeah those are super comfy and the flick is nice

rowan's been holding up surprisingly well. especially coming from GT's the past year . typically rip laces in my shoes and these haven't yet, so thats been nice. I think ive been skating them about 2.5 weeks now, and almost every day.

Been Vans loyal for a few years now but never caught a tear in the sole on my push foot. I’ve got other models, well skated where this went last. Insole is awesome, but they need to step their game up on making canvas last. It’s 2020. Thinking of hitting these with a touch of bed liner paint once they get longer in the tooth.

Hell yeah! I’m skating that color right now too, easily one of my top 5 Project BA colors. I’m just starting to wear these gray, blue and black ones as chillers and will start skating them once the white/infrareds are toast.

Yeah man, Otara has a fun skatepark, its also one of the more impoverished parts of Auckland, so the band name is actually quite tongue in cheek.

I lived in New Zealand for awhile and knew OMC were Kiwis, but one day I turned on the music television station and the guy from OMC had a video for a very somber and personal acoustic song which kind of blew me away but then it turned into a duet with Lucy Lawless Xena The Warrior Princess!!! My mind was blown.

I would argue that it’s one of the best performing skate shoes of all time. The design is next level too. I think the problem was colorways... not too many colors took advantage of the unique design panels and blocking options.
