I'm actually not sure, my partner and I bought a kit and did a couple acrylic pour projects, it came with a gallon initially but I don't remember the total cost.

I really like my two pairs. Those look awesome. If you can find some on like Humidity's or Uprise's or KCDC's sites, I'd say get them.

@moonordie Where did you get those? I've only seen stuff on SSENSE and some random deadstock on shop sites. It looks like Li-Ning's skate stuff is on pause or done for now, which sucks because I was hoping to pick up some of the monochrome colors from shops, like the blue or grey pairs. But I'm only seeing those on fashion sites for a lot of money and usually not my size.

one of the best looking shoes I've seen in a lonnnggg time. about to pull the trigger on these

How do these skate? I like the light blue and the burgundy colors.
[close]

Actually really good. Cupsole comfort but still really good board feel. My kickflips especially have been really consistent in them. The sole wore a little fast and I've torn the laces on them, which I'm usually not a lace ripper. but aside from that they're great, would skate another pair.

Nice - thanks! I'll probably get a pair at some point but might need to wait for a sale. I have too many shoes on ice. I also want a pair of the blue Tom Knox.

Has anyone skated the Knoxes yet?

Got them on https://www.ssense.com/en-us/men?q=Ellington
Crazy sale in there and shipping is top tier.
I skated the 600 and they're really nice, they're on the low side like a 440 (little "taller"). Grip and flick are really good. I put some FP game changers and they're even better.

Holy shit those prices. I’d get a pair of all of them for those prices if they had any in 10.5 but SSENSE has sold out in my size for months.

Just tried to skate the Li-Ning Ellington's and they were awful. That boost that is in the shoe (a lot) makes you bounce in your board, boardfeel is terrible and I'm not a boardfeel kind of guy (I usually skate 808)
No way I'm trying to skate in these ever again. For sure there will be a great chill shoe.

I checked with some I have and no it is still the same normal tongue.  I guess the laces in that pic make them look different - maybe the corded laces pull the tongue in tighter than what they might look like with flat laces where they are done up.

Overall the material used is a lot tougher - thicker oiled leather kind of feel to them, more so than the usual suede Half Cab shoes I have.

Oh ok gotcha - I was looking at your left foot (on the right side of the pic) and can see it was the top lace that blended in enough with the tongue that the white part of the lace looked like a stitch

Wino G6 Slips. The most comfortable slip on I've ever owned but I cant speak to some of the other offerings cons and adidas has done over the past few years. Emerica could cut every shoe and just make these and I'd be alright with it.

They’re ok for walking but not great. The sole is definitely stiff and my heel can pull out of the shoe if I try to do too much. But they definitely aren’t as stiff as my other real riding shoes. I can go up and down stairs easily and wear them all day comfortably, I just couldn’t run around in them. Quality is higher than Chrome shoes I’ve had in the past. I say they’re definitely worth a shot.

How is the sizing on them compared to Vans classic slip one or vans skate line slip ones? They have some pairs on their site for really cheap I seen

So I wouldn't say they feel like the golden years of slip on pros / eras, those definitely were unique. Compared to the redesign of vans skate 2019-2020 - onward, these have much more room in the forefoot and I can actually get my foot inside the shoe without feeling like the tongue area is trying to cut my foot off. If you have tried on the more recent slip on pros you probably know what I'm talking about.

I'm a size 12 and they fit just a hair long but I would still go TTS if you plan on keeping the G6 insole in there, it's thicc (in a good way), but I have since swapped those out for no other reason than I just wanted something completely flat in there instead.

Lots of room in the toe box aka basically the whole front half of the shoe haha, but not too wide. Shoe holds its form and the elastic has yet to blow out (these are two years old, some skating from time to time) which I do remember happening to some reguar slip ons in the past. I really solid shoe that I think is overlooked only because its Emerica really.
