Where in Canada are you planning on going?

Starting off in Surrey to visit a relative I've never met, stay around there and check out Vancouver for a couple weeks, then work my way east and go to Toronto, Quebec City and that. Can't wait, still figuring it out though, things like whether I'm better off flying from Vancouver to Toronto and saving all that time, or doing the train or bus thing and seeing the rest of the country, but I might make a topic about this closer to the time to see if any of the PALS have any insight, know parks/plazes I should hit up, that kind of shit

^ depends on by "saving time" you mean spending more in Toronto and on the East Coast, I know some of the Alberta dudes can vouch for how nice that place is, and busing/driving could be nice to see more of our great country, Torontos really fun for night skating/drinking around the city

hope the trip goes well

Blew $8.50 on an A&W meal because the McDonald's line was to the door.  Had I not been strapped for time, I could've gotten tastier food for 5 bucks less.

Personally, I'd say taking the train would be coolest, there's lots of nice country to see coming from West to the Mideast of Canada.

The ludicrous price of the belstaff terrified me, so bagged me another Barbour Trials jacket, my last one lasted 4 years of constant wear, the factory shop is about 5 miles from my house that sell them cheap, and frankly if its good enough for Steve, it'll do for me.

I'd say skate it unless you have reason to collect the whole series.

I was bummed when I heard about the video modes for the T2i since I bought T1i, but I think I'll just buy a good HD video camera instead.  I haven't used my T1i for video much since I bought it so I don't think it would matter if I had the T2i.  Still jealous though.

^yea, pretty much all entry level and prosumer HD cams have 60 fps top outs, your looking at a RED if you want to go higher

Just got back from my first shoot with it though, I still have a lot to learn with it, the latitude for low light was good though and the 24fps was a nice change from the 30fps the 5D mark ii shoots
