i made me more extreme on my opinions on todays skateboarding. i've always been like that considering the german scene, but i'm one of the few here that say it loud ... i stopped writing on germany message boards 2 years ago i think because nobody would share my opinions ... but that doesn't answer the questions.

i didn't pick up anything special here, maybe more knowledge about skateboarding in the us and -maybe the most important thing- you can make revolutions through the internet if you want to. neal is the most respect skateboarder of our time.

i'm sitting here since 20 minutes to write something down, but words ... don't come easy.

hearing about some really obscure bands i would have never heard about from the music threads.... i guess thats a good thing about slap....

finding out that half-cabs are the shoes to own.....

the trick-tip section is helpful too, its one of the few threads that is mostly filled with good info.....

Me and Dave just take the super high road, we will be like a half hour into a heated back and forth, totally ignoring our other 4+ friends, then when we finally acknowledge them, they're like "wtf?", and we're just like "Oh, you wouldn't get it, it's from Slap..." and continue.

But if I'm ever ranting about a story from Slap in real life solo I just get flamed for devoting so much of my life to a forum.

The only thing I got away with was when for two weeks straight I'd just randomly say "cum fart anal" and start laughing. Eventually everyone wanted the rundown, and I let em' know.

i finally bought half cabs thanks to this place.
