I've always liked the Enjoi Kitten Dreams Deck a lot. too bad Enjoi has to be a dwindle company.

Isn’t it weird how insanely successful board brands like enjoi were if they would just printed their stuff on bbs/ps stix? Like they actually have a genius art direction compared to all those newer board brands that feel like NOT ANOTHER ONE
Shows you you can have the funnest team a cool art direction but you will run your business to the ground if your product sucks/ is mid at it’s best

Cool board! It surprises me when a board brand put some random Japanese words ;D ゴジラ 無から何かへ ;D Is there a relation between Gojira, cars and DGK? Maybe I’m missing something.

Not random at all here this is a Skyline GT-R which is nicknamed Godzilla

90s decks had the best graphics. You could get away with it back then. Smartass, ruthless shit. Now the company would probably get shut down. 101 skateboards couldn't exist in 2024. They'd piss so many parents off.

To answer your Godzilla question … it’s an R32 graphic and they are nicknamed Godzilla 下記参照ください

日産スカイラインGT-R R32」は、オーストラリアのツーリングカーレースで、他車を周回遅れで制した衝撃がきっかけで「Godzilla(ゴジラ)」と名付けられた。

Not this graphic, but the Tim O’Connor graphic in this series. It’s green…I cannot find a photo of it. Would love to see it again, it was the board I learned kickflips on. This whole series was really good. The Natas yellow one was rad too. I think this is from ‘99. idk if I actually have a favorite graphic, but that green Timmy board was the first that came to mind

A while back I stumbled upon a deck with some good artwork and was wondering if the artist had done other graphics. This led me down a rabbit hole of image and pattern recognition.

If you use Shop Lurker, there's a new feature that lets you compare images to decks, shoes, or wheels. It's not perfect, but occasionally the system identifies similar colors or designs.

Just click the little image icon in the search bar to upload an image you want to search by. Images are deleted from the server immediately after they are processed.

If you don't want to upload an image you can click the little icons on images that already have design or color data attached to them, such as this one.

I like a lot the graphics out right now. The stained woodgrains, simple 90s t-shirt style block graphics, the resurgence of graffiti tag art, the simple logos like limo's. Glad that you dont see dipped boards too much anymore, along with the super overexposed crail aesthetic that dominated for way too long.

I can't find my favourite but it was a Boom (NZ) team deck from the 90s. The graphic was a devil injecting a needle filled with blood into the earth. It ruled.

My personal favorites are these 2 marquise Henry DGK decks that I love.I LOVE these graphics. I’ve had /img]multiples and one of each in my collection. Would buy more if I come across them again.

They connect with me in a way where like my other favorite brands, may make a deck I think looks cool, but this is for me

Can’t pick one, I have to pick some of my favorites I’ve had over the years

This was my first real deck that wasn’t a blank, except it was a yellow background with green and blue accents.

First baker I ever had, really loved it and it lasted me a long time

Really loved Expedition One, this is one of my favorites I had from them. Really solid boards every time

The only Zero deck I ever had and I really liked it. Even though JT is who he is and most of the Zero graphics are corny, I thought this graphic was beautiful

Anything Don Pendleton, he grew up 20 minutes from my hometown and is a legend around these parts. My local shop growing up had their shop decks designed by him and they were so sick. Wish I had a picture of one of those but this AWS line will suffice

This was a sick graphic, sadly it got snapped within a week of skating it
