basically, this dude is always in our fucking business, he's the kookiest dude there has ever been. one night me and him got into an argument about the smoke alarm going off. blah blah blah. i guess this fucking kook took it to heart and a few days later called the tow truck on my fucking car. he claimed he didnt do it. but then i go to pick up my damn car and i see his signature on the call in. i'm like holy fuck this guy is for fucking real? i storm to his room, beat on his damn door, was the biggest dick in the entire world, for obvious reasons. demanded my fucking money back or i was going to tow his car. the pussy wouldnt come out of his fucking room, this guy is like 40 and a security guard. we go in circles because both of our logics are basically 180 degrees in difference. he finally admits he did it after i told him i have the fucking signature, he says he's calling the police and what not, after i tell him he's giving me my fucking money or i'm towing his fucking car too. i didnt want to get the police involved here so i didnt get the car towed. but seriously i'm in coma of all the things i could do to this fucker, i just have to pick the right one and run with it. if theres ever been the "worst dude ever" than this dude is it. the dude claims he fought a terrorist on a plane, has met an alien, was abducted by aliens. all those stories were perfectly entertaining and hilarious. i loved him for that. but then the dude just turned completely fucking gay after a while, starting being the biggest douche bag ever, demanding us to not have friends over, to turn our a/c down, and a bunch of other things that in no way should bother him if he stuck to his room and to his self, like he fuckign should.

decided to throw a beer pong tournement at my old (abandoned) school...got my first real taste of the law on sunday morning to boot. I haven't even been 18 for a month, and I'm getting pinned for felony burglury for going inside an open window and taking out some state championship banners.

the cops SUCKED, mind you. they didn't see the keg, thought a huge bowl of pong balls were golf balls, k9 unit didn't get to my pipes in my car, and they arrested me without reading my rights.the dialouge going down in the station at 6 am was some of the most absurd shit ever. talk about uneducated folks..

they're just trumping up the charges to freak you out, to teach you and everyone in town a lesson.
you'll probably end up getting some community service and a years probation....given that you haven't had any priors?

i had one come to buy $2 hardware and asked me why i'm not hooking him up with a bunch of free shit.
another one asked if i could sell him some $25 wheels for $10, you know to hook him up.  i told him that the wheels were $25 but he should just pay me $40 for them, you know just to hook me up.
i had another kid some up asking for some drop offs, mind you it was his 1st time in the place and hes never bought anything from me.  kind of rude no?

what you're saying is right but with no corroborating witnesses or some kind of physical evidence(video) things went down exactly how cops says they went down and theres nothing he(biggums) can say about it. 
he went as far to confess his guilt right here which i imagine was posted after the incident, after he was eventually read his rights, which means they can use his confession here as evidence.

for sure they're trying to teach us a lesson; the township where the school is has had zero burglurys over the past two years. I've had no prior involvement with the fuzz, I've been 18 exactly a month. as for how they didn't read me the mirandas, I remember they did have me sign a few statements at the station when I was passed the fuck out. the whole scene at the station was fucking weird, hilarious, stuff being said like 'alright, dunkin doughnuts opens up in ten, lets go now. hey kid, you want something to drink? how about a beer? some vodka?'

I'm guessing I'll get probation but hoping that won't fuck up my college situation
