I'll be flying in on the 19th and leaving on the morning of the 23rd for a conference... most (if not all) of my evenings are open for hooliganism.

If I don't meet up with anybody, I'll be over at the Matchbox eating mini burgers and drinking all of the ESB.

Oddly enough, I happen to have the entire season with commercials and everything. The only problem is that they're PAL.

as far as skating goes, DC > Manhattan any day of the week. thats not to say, if you want to spend some time exploring brooklyn you won't find amazing stuff, but just pulaski plaza alone is better than anything you're gonna find in downtown NY

I've only been to Manhattan as far as NY goes, and my skating there is pretty much limited to the Brooklyn Banks... DC I've skated through, but some of the places are such busts, and half the time it's not just security, it's some sort of Federal officer or something.

I skated infront of the FBI building for probably 40 minutes everyday for five days straight...then would hit up puluski. no one ever said anything....maybe I'm just lucky

Hell yeah man... there's only two Indian restaurants in Baton Rouge, but I don't know of an Ethiopian restaurant in the state... using that weird flatbread as a utensil is fun as hell. I like the honey wine they serve as well... I'm not a wine drinker, but that stuff's like Kool Ade and super cheap.

one of the things i do like about toronto is the sheer number of ethiopian, eritrean, and somali restaurants... a veggie platter on injera is one of the nicest dinners i can imagine
