AFAIK maggost are being tested in medical pusposes because they actually clean the wound - they only eat the dead tissue and leave the good tissue alone... but those maggost are breed in sterile enivoments not on the streets... either way - this isn't suppose to hurt one bit, it's just the feeling that's funny

Those maggots aren't the ones used for medical purposes. If they were dude would be in a hospital gown, w/o street shoes, and the doctor/nurse wouldn't be in the middle of removing his pants, they would have already been off before the application of the li'l buggers. Those are "street" maggots.
