Shops done. I love Vu but im tired of of going out there just to get a board. There has to be a local ripper with board on deck? Should I just go up to the best skaters and ask if they’re sponsored and see if they mention a board company? Should I try the social media route? Man don’t even have to be a ripper who got the boards for sell in the underground.

Instead of the traditional "for a good time call" scribble up "want to buy used deck" along with your number on the wall of the stall at the closest public bathroom to the skatepark.

OK here's the plan for you from now on:

You are going to live off product tosses.

You need to research all skateboarding events near you, and make sure to go to each one. You wil need a massive bug catching net like from Tom and Jerry. This will sustain you until Go Skateboarding day or Skateshop day, where you can rake in a bunch of decks to coast with for a good while.

You just gotta hope they also toss free grip.

I heard the product toss strictly for the jits, I got a job shit don’t wanna eat they lunch.

Now that I think about it it ways this ripper giving away boards for high Ollie contest on  go skate day and maybe just tossing em. Next time I see him im a see wassup. No chance of winning a contest

Lowkey another ripper I been seeing at the park lately I been getting on speaking terms with. Don’t know if he’s getting hooked up but it’s worth a shot. Now that I think about it it’s atleast 10 ppl I need to ask

- Scan the park for a guy in his late 30s' or older
- Well dressed, or at least, all his clothes look clean and relatively new
- Well groomed, appears to have bathed in the last 24 hours and had a haircut in the last 3 weeks
- Look at his board setup, you want everything to look gently used, almost new.
- Likely skating alone, or with one other guy who clearly just got back into skating after a long hiatus.
- He can do most of the basic flip tricks, including one less basic like fs flip or varial heel, but doesn't have a lot of pop

There's a 70% chance that's a gear madness guy.
Go talk to him, if he comments on the concave of his deck, ask if he has any old decks for sale, he probably has 100 decks with 4 hours of skating on them.

I sent you a message I’m old and have boards for sale. I fit the profile that everyone else who replied describes.
