Looks like Pontus commented on it too, doesn't appear to be bad blood. Hopefully things aren't going to complete shit over in Polar world, I've thoroughly enjoyed them as a company.

Strange he just went pro, not even 6 months ago?

Wonder where he’d end up, thinking Palace, Hockey or Limo?

Fan of his skating, maybe he’ll head over to Hardbody to join Hjlate?

What’s up with skaters having major parts in Polar vidz, going pro, then bouncing shortly after?

It seems that many reconsider anchoring their career to Pontus

Heard rumors locally that David and Oski were leaving. Half of that became true. Wonder if Oski really is leaving. The rumor was that they are starting something together so we will see.

I know Cyrus had one ad before leaving for Call Me (and his Polar journey lasted for like a month or two total) but was Andrew ever more than a flow?
If you want to go to the early day team then theres Michal Juraś and Jerome Campbell who went away.

Honestly i was never a fan of his skateing, and i had always the idea that he leaves so bad the Oski shine
On another note Team always change, i don't think Polar will lose his appeal

* OFF Polar

Polar still doing great stuff, always superb board graphics.
Making room for the young transition Swede, Hampus i guess.

Team needs to evolve. Otherwise it will end up like Powell & Peralta.

And can we get a Pontus part

I’m pretty sure he said Polar was turning him pro after that video but he saw the graphic and hated it and bailed? It was in his heckride interview.

I don't exactly read it as the graphic being the main reason but hey

I know people have gone on record to say that Pontus Alv can be a bit intense to deal with. Did you guys have any disagreements or butt heads at all?

Yeah, nothing too crazy though. There would be disagreements from time to time on skate trips. Sometimes he would just put off a bad vibe and it would trip me out, but I’m also just a different person than he is. That’s my friend and I understand that at the end of the day you’re the boss, but it just never felt comfortable. I knew I wasn’t going to be there forever.

I heard rumors of there being a pro board already in the works, is that true?

Yeah, there was. I saw the graphic that was mocked up for my pro board and it would have been a graphic that, if that was my pro board, I would have cried - and not tears of joy. I mean shoutout to Pontus for the gesture in wanting to turn me pro but I wasn’t feeling the graphic.

i don't think Polar will lose his appeal

I didn’t mean to imply that’s why he left, just that he wasn’t flow, he had a video part and was also offered a pro board but declined then left.

Curious what the graphic was that would have made him cry. Homie skates black wheels so his taste is inherently questionable.
