i picked up a friend who had been in the hospital for 2 days from getting hit by a car and they never washed the blood off of her, literally drive thru the pickup loop and she's sitting on a bench full face of dried blood in a gown witth her probaly cut off clothes in a bag. This was education free hospital so idk if that had anything to do with it, be interesting if Fred was at a similar type hospital, i'd say its a safe bet that he doesnt have insurane or at least didn't have his card on him at the time.
