The skateboarding hands/arms steez paradox.

Forcefully keep em glued to your sides like Aimu? Bit too much bud.

SOS hand gestures while setting up for the 4th portion of a combo? Bit too much bud.

sweet spot on the spectrum:

Aimu___________|________________________Torey

Loved this and Torey seems like a nice dude. He'd benefit from a harsher editor that would cut the clips where he crosses the line.

Apparently a very unpopular opinion but I love this dude. You can always expect some wackiness, but the insane slides and grinds make up for it. Also I'll never get tired of watching back tails, so I can tolerate 15 in a part or whatever.

Back lip to front board was so cool. And as others said the double corner back tail was sick. Did not know he still had it like that
Is there any money in skateboarding film anymore?
I dunno about money, but the fun is boomin.

He's still insanely good, but also still hard to care for between the milling and the Red Bull hat and now even more so that he's come 'home' to Plan B

I hate lip/boardslides on ledges but I dig Torey.

No #MeToo accusations, no Epstein list, no Nazi affiliations - just dumb trick choices and some questionable fits

He was hella homophobic in that one berrics video when asked about gay marriage. Other than that he’s been the most boring and safe stoner.

When Antwuan/Appleyard/Gino parts came out, I’d usually watch the part focused on upper body first, then re-watch the actual tricks.

When T-Puds parts come out, I find it nearly impossible to look at the tricks because of the arm flailing. Incredibly talented skater, but it looks like he’s trying to waive for an ambulance.

One thing you can't front on is that Torey skates a lot of not-so-often-see spots (at least here), that sweet-sweet Red Bull money pays off...

But he's never been my flavor, except for Dudes, Dudes, Dudes, that part went pretty hard at the time...

After the first lipslide slam I was sure the nollie flip back tail was gonna be another slam clip but the motherfucker pulled it. Flipped out too.
That was the only time I was stoked on this.

Torey is the only skater capable of making long backtails look like shit, which is actually impressive

i cannot condone his behavior but i am left with no choice but to respect it.

reminds me of the Jeffwonsong era (before he sold out his integrity for a few hundo from Tim Poole, of course) when everyone was like "okay the skating is still gross but he's been doing it unapologetically for so long in such an authentic way that you gotta put some respect on his name"

Torey has reached the same status imo. It does not please me to watch his skating but he's damn well earned the right to skate that way, gross or not

Real question is, do I cash out and sell my collector's Torey Pudwill Red Bull beanie ball now, or will the value increase if/when he drops another part?

fitting track for a Torey Pudwill part, was fully expecting Adele at first

I liked him in skate more and in dudes dudes dudes. After this everything else was overshadowed by his trick selection, fit and arms

Dudes Dudes Dudes and his Thrasher standalone part was probably his peak in my opinion

imagine using a Lil Wayne song in 2026. I know they're friends and all, but that song was fucking awful.

Anyway, fan of Torey. Part was alright besides the music.

I think the song choice says everything about how in the past torey and plan b are now. This could’ve come out in 2011 and you wouldn’t know.

After the Antwuan part earlier this year I thought 2026 would naturally be a banner year for quiet arm style. But here comes Torey, ensconced in dead stock/rebadged Neff, to bring balance to the universe.

i cannot condone his behavior but i am left with no choice but to respect it.

reminds me of the Jeffwonsong era (before he sold out his integrity for a few hundo from Tim Poole, of course) when everyone was like "okay the skating is still gross but he's been doing it unapologetically for so long in such an authentic way that you gotta put some respect on his name"

Nailed it, he hasn't changed a bit. Still got hops, makes impressively long slides look real bad, and forever harried by a swarm of invisible bees. Always some wow moments and well executed tricks that stand out. I don't feel like anyone was asking for this but Torey though.
