go to brooklyn and push around, just don't go too far north unless you're not a small white dude..
what are you talkin about im 5'5 white and live in bed stuy, nobody fucks with you during the day especially if youre on a skateboard people love skateboarders out here. and the farther north in brooklyn you go the nicer it is, greenpoint is the farthest north you can go and thats the chillest neighboorhood in brooklyn, just dont act like a dick and youll be fine.
Maybe my sense of direction is off...I wouldn't wander too far in any direction out of the williamsburg comfort zone, maybe I'm just a paranoid naive idiot but I've been confronted before by what you would consider a gang of people, a friend of mine got beat up for his shirt and another got beaten up for his skateboard. These are all seperate occasions btw...and they all took place in broad dalight. I mean, we were all 15/16 at the time, and be no means am I trying to scare people away from exploring different areas on their skateboard, but we both know its a place where if anything does go wrong anyone who is there to witness it will turn the other cheek.
so true. brooklyn can get kind of rough and no one plays the hero out there, just about everybody looks the other way.
i got chased buy 8 dudes on bushwick ave by the gates ave station.
4 dudes on bikes, 4 dudes on pegs with baseball bats talking about, you gotta a dollar! give me a dollar! i couldn't hear them at first because i was on my board, then i turned aruond and they were closing in on me.
i hauled ass! i never skated so fast in my entire life!
