duh, use it for down payment on 250k home and lease it out and then have an extra 2.5k of income coming in every month

Move out of upstate and into NYC. My schedule would go something like this:
Make music from 12-6
Go skate from 6-8
Shower and then get shitty drunk at various night spots
Eat some gyros on the way home and then pass out

This, but I'd probably look for a cheap house due to shitty market, use the lease money to quickly pay off the mortgage, then sell it when the market goes back up in a few years. Then I'd take all that profit and pay off my student loans, and start investing.

Pay down some debts and cover my gravel driveway/parking area at the house with some really proper asphalt for skating on. I'd also throw in a few grand to my friend's skateshop just so he can kick even more ass than he does.
