I had the chance to hang out with lone and interview him last week when he played in montreal. such a fucking nice and down to earth guy. He told me that if everything goes according to plan, he'll have a new LP out this fall on R&S, and that it's supposed to be a definite departure from his Emerald Fantasy Tracks/Echolocations stuff. Cant wait to hear that shit!!!!

He told me he had been listening to these guys a lot recently.

big fan of early jungle, jazzstep and good jump up. like all of v recs and roni size and lemon d. dj marky is really good. saw total science in berlin. and ltj bukem twice. amazing. incidentally i got into dnb thru gta 3's radio stations.

i love dubstep too. hotflush is gold to me. and of course early distance and burial. the deep medi label mala runs is pretty nice too. pinch and loefah. martyn is superb. i could go on for days
