i didnt mean lucky as in busenitz cant skate and got lucky. i should have hot or on fire etc. what i meant is that when he played cole he was so ON that he was just landing shit he doesnt do regularly. lucky was a poor choice of words.

i did however think that chico would give people problems cause he does a lot of heel shit that everyone just doesnt do.

this BATB is good cause there are like 6 people who could win if they want to.

i can appreciate the skating of ANYONE who can back smith tranny AND swfs180 manny bs flip out AND make both look easy.

anyone know if they're going to have the usual standard week of no games for this weekend? no little video on the site this time saying who is playing... kind of sucks if so, you'd think they could come up with four minutes of game of skate footage in a week's time.

Layton is great and all, but if Cole goes out, I don't think its going to be Layton taking him out. But Layton always is surprising with what he pulls out.

Hah, people always underestimate ollie one footers. I'll pull one out every now and then in games of skate just to fuck around and surprisingly people miss them all the time, then most of the time they complain that it's a "bitch trick" and I just laugh.
But yeah, pretty disappointing game. Layton didn't even get a chance to set a trick.
