Starting to drop at skate shops.

This is the equivalent, but opposite, spectrum of a DC Lynx.
Playing Devil's advocate, I can see how both models look ridiculous for their own reasons.
Not saying I wouldn't skate a pair and I just might, but yeah they're a little 'too much' for me.

Shit. All Suede suede

Yes please!

Also lakai really changing the shoe game with their last couple drops. ::)

I assume that Cons will pull a Gravis, send all of the leftovers after they drop these after a season, and he’ll have years of footage in these.

The Pine/Clear AVEs look amazing.

whom are you talking about?

Probably the one person who was on Gravis and now Cons, and was known for wearing all black cupsole mids..... JJ

Are these .5 down like all other cons? Have only had Purcell mids and ctas pros.
flat spotted 3 times in 2 weeks, other than that awesome wheels

The toebox looks much better on the original (low) Crockett 2s.

Cross-posted from the vegan thread, Has anyone tried skating in any of the BMX-specific Vans pro line?  Curious to hear experiences with this cupsole.  I know Dan Lu was spotted wearing the sk8-hi's a bunch.

Love Crockett with all my heart but why do these look like a Nike 6.0 shoe or a snowboarding off season pro model?

I got mine true to size and they were perfect fitting.

Still patiently waiting for the all black colorway of the Crockett Highs to drop...

oddly enough it looks like they moved the toe stitching back a little on the highs so it doesn't instantly explode, probably wrong though

No, I definitely think that the toe is extended much further back on the highs than the lows.

I hated the way the toe area felt on on the lows but I still can’t wait to try the highs.

Justin Henry's pants game is terrible, even though he's literally had interviews discussing he preference in pants.
Most of these guy's pants look like baby pants with the scrunchy waist and baggy, short legs. See cover photo.
I also think this of Gilbert, but I think they've succeeded in making it a style along with thin stovepipe shoes.
Big shirt/tight pants was 2006 and now its tight shirt/big pants in 2020, and none ya'll are workin' out so we know that's a schmedium tee with those 38x22 denims.

My pants game is just as confused, so no hate  ;D

I respect your pant opinions but I will have to disagree and say that Justin Henry has one of my favorite pants games of recent times. I personally love the fitted tee/top and slightly baggy, cropped bottom look. Tall people pull it off especially well.

This is also how I try to dress, so take that as you will

I think we have to accept that no matter what we end up wearing ( especially thinking of pants ) we mostly just end up looking a bit silly. There are some pure exceptions of course.

The SF reissue Sk8 Lows actually have the pro vulc sole and ultracush insoles, not technically in the pro range but should hold up better than regular models, I think they’re just missing the duracap.

This is interesting. I actually kind of like the thin, slightly shitty outsole on the non-pro vans, and I also like the good insoles on the pros. Not being sarcastic either. Flip-tricks feel a little more natural for me without duracap.

Here is another screenshot from a few weeks ago. Teal/black shoe.

It’s the same one.   Justin Henry does have a brand new one on his stories now that makes the shoe pretty clear

I didn’t click on the link until after I posted the old pic. But the new one in the story definitely shows the whole shoe. Rather them being in the box and can be barely visible.
