Love the way this shoe skates, but that nylon and cheap ass fake leather is a fucking joke. Literally blew a hole in them in one session. This colorway is rad, but we need suede.

this is my favorite shoe I've skated in the last 10 years and i agree.  I would even be down for a leather/suede combo.  that nylon shit is trash for skating

It’s probably Simons shoe.  I don’t think Carroll’s had a shoe for a bit, but I can’t profess to follow Lakai particularly closely

Except for the original Manchester, my favorite Lakais don't have a big ass flair on them.. Staple, Soca, Fade, Howard 1, Carroll 1, Johnston 1, Johnson 1.

if there's no bubble, its not the fade. the way the bottom of the sole looks reminds me of the new Puig shoe's sole...but it's ugly cousin

with that said, I like the upper if it was anything but a Fade remake. it's different than what's in their current lineup and the colorway opportunities can be good with how it's paneled...but it is Lakai so
