I bought the griffin ones and was hyped to skate em but that sole is too soft it’s a Great shoe to just wear it’s comfortable but I don’t think I could skate in it. Even their vulc soles are stiffer. I’ll just stick to the waffle cup until dunks become available again I guess .

Awesome, I appreciate it Tate.

I know the conversation's done, but doing Simon dirty with "inspired by"...and labeling it a "hiking boot" when he's clearly skating it and of the catalog, that and the telfords high/low look the best IMO, but im also stoked the Atlantic is still around.

The Telfords in highs and lows look great in the red/black and the gold flare one is good. They need to dig into the colorways of the previous Telfords and pull the better ones theyve made and id be able to pull the trigger on them.

All suede turns shoes into sweat-boxes for a lot of people. I think that's why they added the rubber duracap under the canvas at the ollie hole area, added durability with less of the suede keeping that heat in.

That said, I'm always on the hunt for suede or leather quarters on a Pro/Skate build. Stocked up on a few pairs of the Uprise one, and then did a Vans Customs order of just a black/while color with all suede (except canvas for the tongue because who needs suede on the tongue that you can't even really see??)

Especially since they announced the date for the first time 2 days ago.  How weird
