Honestly to me the Carrolls look kinda nice at first glance but I can't get over the bulky high top part. I get why it was there in 1993 or whatever, but in 2022 I would want to see that a bit thinner (like a Jordan maybe)

Oh a blue half cab.  Haven’t had one of those in 5 months.  But it’s different from the Krooked/Ray Barbee one because it has a black sole on it, so that’s exciting that at least it’s not another green colorway (until the Sci fi Fantasy one’s finally emerge)


I like almost of the colorways individually, I just don’t understand why release so many similar ones within a single year

Agreed, you’d think there would be more variation for the whole anniversary year. But I guess plus side is the majority have been the 92’s.

We've only had 1 green colorway (Chive) if I'm not mistaken and not counting that brown with green trim leather one that came out in the last year or so.

We've had around 6 or 7 blues it seems ('92, Dime, regular, etc.)

There are three green for the year.  The first two came out close to one another and the SFF was being shown at that time so it seemed much more concentrated

I'm not a DC fanboy either, but those Butter Good collabs are looking so good. Really making me want a pair...

Probably sell out relatively quickly. Half Cabs aren't that popular outside skating, and there isn't a ton of hype usually, but just be sure to keep an eye out and get ready 10 min before they drop.

I like the Butter x DCs. They seem to really do a good job each collaboration. I liked the last JK1 with the blue gradient they did that had the video of him and Philly skating them in Chicago.

Will the BTL cabs be readily available or pretty hard to get?

They'll just be sold at select higher tier shops. My guess is just in Canada, maybe 5-6 other shops besides BTL.

Our shop is getting them at both of our locations. They release on Saturday. I don't think they'll sell out instantly like a Dunk or anything.

I check ebay for a pair of brown cats like the one in my profile pic (size 10) every so often. This pic made me look again. Didnt find them, but i did find out what this other pair i had back in the day was called, the leary. had these in all white leather. traded my friend a pair of super early nike SBs for them because the nikes fit weird.
