Can anyone recommended a pair of slim pants? I was thinking of getting some slim dickies, does anyone know how they fit?

the fact that theyre tight mixed with a pivot cup that is probably worn in more to one side could cause that so maybe new ones could solve that? or a drop of oil in there maybe

also...does anyone skate thunders loose by chance? like wobbly ace type loose. if so, how?

so I skate an 8.125. considering moving up from 145s to 149s. apparently thunder recommends 149s for 8.1 and above.

thunder 149s are 8 1/4 wide, right?

and has anyone else made this switch? how is it?

You're going to be Frankensteining a bit; it may or may not bother you.

However, Theeve's 5.5 is a 8.18 axle. I'm running this size on my 8.125 and it's perfect. The axle nut just barely sticks out, but I never really see it when I'm riding, and the wheels are still completely tucked under the board. Really, it's perfect.

Just throwin' that out there.

I had a pair of 149 on an 8.25 and it felt a little too wide for my board but I'm not sure. I ended up going down to 147 and they are amazing. I'll see if I can post a pic of that board.

try them and you'll see the difference
they allow you to tighten more your wheels nuts so you'll have a silent set up and long life bearings

They allow you to ride your wheels tight.  When your wheels are tight no axel slip.  You should ride them and washers...unfortunately, wheel sizes aren't always correct so the system doesn't always work....

Just keep it somewhere where the temperature is relatively constant, ie. inside your house.

A skateboard deck is exactly a precise instrument, like a guitar or a wood wind.

Is there a huge difference between slim and slim straight dickies? How skinny are the slims?

A big difference between the two is that the slim dickies are tapered as opposed to slim straight. I find it to be a pretty noticeable difference. For me the slims fit very skinny, but it's all relative.

I wish they made a mid....if you wear the slims and are having a bad day.....you'll blame the pants....

Can anyone hook me up with somebody who can sell me a couple (like 2) lost soul skateboards decks? Their site only has the BA.KU collabo decks, which are cool but aren't really my size.

would indy 139's be ok on an 8.25? I usually skate 8 or 8.1 but wanna try an 8.25, suggestions?
This has me cracking up, what exactly does Black Flag have to do with measuring your dick starting behind ya nuts?

Skateboarding is nothing but a game to find the right fits to appear like you're a proportional human being instead of a midget or a giant.

139s will work on an 8.25 but anything over that and you would most likely wanna size up your trucks.

if you want an exact match thunder 149s are 8.25 wide.
