Great choice with that PiL song. Always wanted to hear that in a video.  8)

Dude! Thanks!! I love that song and when Anthony Claravall recommended it for my part I was stoked... A lot of folks thought it didn't fit my style/image but I like rock and different types of music more than reggae and hip hop. I pretty much like what sounds good and PIL is tight :o

check out some of their first few albums. they are amazing

here are links to their first two albums

Public Image Ltd - First Issue http://www.mediafire.com/?ke5q2azwiim

Public Image Ltd - Second Edition http://www.mediafire.com/?xwwlwdo0hey

(and thanks again for even allowing me to win twice, Karl. i really appreciate it, man. blessings to you & everyone at Kayo.)

Karl - I've been on this quest to dig up any all info about "Clean" skateboards from the early to mid 90's. I just recently found out that you rode for them, so I figured you'd be the person to ask. Clean is special to me because my first board was given to me by the ( alleged) cousin of the guy/guys who owned the brand after his return from some ASR type event. It was actually the same board you're riding in your Clean ad on your chromeball post ( blue board w/ white bubble font ).

who started it, who was on the team , when did it die, etc. etc.

thanks.

Whoa, call me a noob, but I had no idea John Lydon was in a band other than the Sex Pistols. That's pretty cool.

who is your favorite team member to room with at Hotels on Organika trips? how about LRG trips?

also, could I get a box?  ;D
My favorite roomy on Organika would have to be Quim, because there will never be a dull moment.. And Chico for LRG...
Sure you can get a box if you win the trivia thing I do on here. ;D

Tough one... Depends on if you can still trust her or not. But you should pretty much bounce and find a new girl. There are lots of fish in the sea... Good luck my man.

HAHA... Clean was rad! The company I prematurely turned pro for in 1994 ;)
All I can remember was that Jonas Wray was on the team and a guy named Kyle started the company.
I really liked Kyle, he was a truly genuine guy.

I think it died in 95 or 96

Hey Karl, just wanted to know if you still have those sunglasses i gave you when you were here in St,petersburg FL a few years back.
you came to a shop called Southern Boarder, with Chany and Lenny Rivas for a Kayo signing around the time of Tampa Pro, it had to be atleast 2 years ago.
it was great meeting you.
You never know what you have until you're gone,
But you're are the reason for me,
That I can do this consistently.

Hey Carl, gotta admit your f/s noseslide 270 out the pretzel way at Hubba Hideout was one of the best tricks done there. So I'm wondering what's the best or favorite trick you saw done there? And same question for Pier 7? Just curious to get a pro's perspective from these 2 legendary spots.

FS Noseslide trick tip, Karl?
The best way to learn FS Noseslides are to practice them stationary first. Also, trial and error is very important because the way I do the trick might be different than the way you do it... Good luck dude. WHEN you learn the trick please post it, I would love to see it ;D ;D

Gnarly to say the least! I  just wish there was more slow-mo, those tricks were on rapid fire... Chima, Busenitz and Hardy had my favorite parts... Did you go to the premier too?

Hell yeah! Thanks man!!

The craziest trick I saw go down in person was Kostons back noseblunt. My favorite tricks were all of BA's  ;D

Thanks again, dude!

What's a trick you can't stand to watch because of its ugliness?

Don't knock masturbation. It's sex with someone I love.

Good question....

I really dont like illusion flips. Cairo is the only person that gets a pass for doing them.

Every time I see an illusion flip I pretty much look the other way as if I didn't see it  LOL
