how often do pros roll their ankles?? I've been told by my physiotherapist and doctors that injuries like rolled ankles make ur shit more prone to injury. How many times have you rolled your ankles and is there any secrets you know in like stretching or whatnot for prevention?

Do tricks you rolled your ankle on ever trip you out in the future once ur ankle is healed?

I wish I know of some secret to prevent ankle and other injuries! I think its pretty much inevitable because what we do is so darn dangerous. I've hurt my ankles bad so many times but no pain no gain... Also, coming back after an injury is such a crazy experience. Its like you have to learn how to skate again lol. But eventually it all comes back.

Figured I'd throw this out there cuz I found it works well for me. I have a bike inner tube I use to stretch out with, use the resistance to do the abc stretches and things. I have a real shitty ankle and doing that seems to work to keep it feeling semi-strong and loose from day to day. Give it a try.

A while back when I was in Spain, we were skating at Mocba and this dude rolled up super disturbed. He said he just saw Danny walk
out of his front door and kick a pigeon. I guess he broke the pigeons wing and messed it all up... That pretty much sucks.

I remember when he was super young I met him and Ryan Nix in LA, they were soooo good back then.

Honestly it took me quite a long time, had to go back a couple of times for that one... And when I eventually landed it I wasn't even stoked on it lol. But this trick always gets brought up to me.

That's really cool, I know a kid from my area a year younger who got really into that. I'm writing a research report on teleportation (pre-assigned) in my chemistry class right now and quantum teleportation seems really rad. That stuffs going to turn into the new internet. It's going to make torrenters poop their pants. Maybe even make an ansible like from ENDERS GAME.
