Speaking of Mad Circle, did you keep an extra board of any of your pro models from that time? Specifically "Dreads"?

Always dug that company and that board. I hope an unused one still exists somehwere.

you must have been tripping! knee injury are the absolute worst for skateboarding (and in general)

skating flat $:-\$ i just had badluck. in the operation i had kind of a seizure and broke it worst. had to go back under the knife.
now i have a 18" plate and 14 srew in the leg.

Hey Karl, how are you ankles at your age?

The older guys at local park tell me theirs are all messed up and I feel like even at the age of 20 (not that old), I feel like mine are just starting to give out more often. Do mid / hi tops help at all with this? I love classic vans but I don't think i can do it anymore haha

Luckily my ankles are still intact and feeling good. Its the knees for me but they're not that bad. I think stretching helps keep your joints feeling good.
I've heard that a bunch too though. Skating can be brutal sometimes..

haha! Too Short for sure! He used to date this girl who lived on the same block as me in Oakland. He would pull up in limos and wow her all the time. I was only 10 and thought he was the shit.
