I think i've been skating too much in a row. Past 2 weeks almost everyday on a skateboard, i think my legs are way too tired. Even 2 deck ollie gives me a big challenge. Before 4 was normal. Flips, popshuvits, nothing "pops" enymore well like i couldnt stamp the tail hard enuff against the ground. I had 1 day vacation from skating, but it didnt effect much. Next day 15minutes of skating and i was tired again as hell. But also when i go skating, im skating all day. Like 5 hours straight.
So how often you go skating and for how long you keep trying?
