If you've ever got time to burn I would just go check out Vices youtube channel, I could just get lost in there for hours man, so many interesting things.

Yeah, man! These two were kind of a reality check.

I've started to watch this series:

Made me wonder if Scotland is more beautiful than Iceland.  Probably not, but it looks amazing.

I haven't been to Iceland, but Scotland's the most beautiful place I've ever seen.

This thread deserves a bump:

Magic Johnson and Larry Bird

Easily one of the best sports documentaries ever.

(Edit: why doesn't the video embed?)

The Central Park Five was really good. Depressing but definitely worth watching.

Watched this with my girl (who's a big sports fan) last night. It's really good! Interesting to see all this stuff that was happening as I was a little kid, esp since I lived in Indiana for a few years in the late 80s and liked basketball back then (Larry Bird was obviously huge there).

Made a short doc on my buddy who physically can't skate anymore, so he started pursuing a future in tattooing. Hope you guys dig it.

I wanna see this so bad, simply because of how hard it is to comprehend that it still goes on in 19 states.
It's a mindfuck.

Watched this the other night on Netflix. Really powerful stuff and an amazing "twist" ending. Was blown away by the lengths some AIDs patients went to to educate and medicate themselves in the 80's. There's a scene of people poring the ashes of their dead loved ones on to the White House lawn that's just devastating.

That was tight. Sad that he can't skate skate anymore because it seemed like he was really good/passionate about it, but it seems like he's an amazing artis/tattooer and he's really found his calling in life!

Bumping this for some stuff I saw recently. No idea when they got released elsewhere in the world, so some of it is old news I guess.

12 O'Clock Boys

Saw the trailer posted on here before and then watched it in theatres. Solid.

Narco Cultura

gnarly watch at times

Pandoras Promise

Essentially sheds some new light on the nuclear energy debate. Found it very interesting and am left not really knowing what to believe.

TPB:AFK

Throwing this in the mix because it's by nature easily available in full.

went on a doc binge a little bit ago. seen one on 'blowfly' who's kinda the predecessor to rap music. he came up w/ the line 'motherfuck him' that chuck d used against elvis and john wayne. seen one about anti graffiti guys who in effect became the biggest taggers in their area w/ a certain colored buff. 'american' about bill hicks could've been better but it was decent cause i like bill hicks. oh, 'reindeerspotting' was about some euro kid who goes on a road trip to paris doing suboxine the whole time. kinda gnarly, he got some fingers chopped off to settle a debt and his drug of choice is boring but he kinda lives the life for a while anyways.
