Thanks for link! I've been looking forward to checking that out, have read really good things.

"Capturing the Friedmans" is an early documentary from Andrew Jarecki, who would go on to make the amazing docu-miniseries "The Jinx".

It was originally supposed to just be a documentary about like clown sub-culture in New York, before Jarecki switched the focus, to following the allegations of sexual abuse and rape, that the brother and father of one of clowns faced. Really interesting watch.

There's a new one on Netflix on the Foo Fighters. Not the hugest fan but it's a damn good watch.

I love the BBC music documentaries, especially the "Krautrock" documentary as that's kind of my shit.

Hell yeah, Synth Britannia! I haven't watched that in a good while. BBC docs are killer!

Also "The Wonderful Frightening World of Mark E Smith" and the Stone Roses docs were good too.

Been watching it every night this week. It's so good! But, like you, I am still only on episode 3 because I keep dozing off.

lol, I watched part one last night and I was really confused trying to understand when the communists took power over the nationalists, I didn't even realize that the french had fucked it all up beforehand.

Same here. Reminds me of how people kept calling Afghanastan the next Vietnam. Makes more sense now. It also baffled me when I realized Vietnam is similar in shape to California but much smaller, and how ineffective our military was at the time.

Old news but if haven’t watched Going Clear,

Also there’s a Netflix doc about the dude who wrote the Anarchist Cookbook and his life of facing the consequences worth watching. Would be cool if I could remember the name.

Mr. Rogers doc called Won’t You Be My Neighbor is great

American Anarchist.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

I pity the fools sitting in SF county who are probably going to be Penitentiary Placed to Folsom because of how violent their charges are.
