I know many of you have the same perception of things that are in no way good but you still love. Lets face it, skateboarding is damn cool even though there are very many negative things that come with the territory. Im talking about costly gear, broken body parts, insanity when you are stuck etc. Here is my list of things normal people consider bad and stupid but I cant help loving.

-I love the fact that no matter how big and popular skating is, you are always an outsider many people have a problem with.
-Torn shoes. In no way a positive thing but I cant help thinking it looks so damn cool.
-Fucked up looking trucks and boards. You know, no bottomgraphic left from sliding, messed up hangers. I know posers make sure their gear looks used even though they cant skate, let alone grind.
-Bad boy status. Piss Drunx and their bad habits, nutjobs like Bo Turner and Lenny Kirk, I love it!
-Bloody stains on your jeans from dripping hands/arms, so badass! I am surprised that fasion morons are not adopting it yet.
