From what I gather, it's part of a campaign around a new Kobe shoe called The System. Kobe is supposed to be a Tony Robbins type of motivational speaker, and these are "testimonials" from his followers. A bunch of Nike-sponsored people are involved. Tongue-in-cheek take on all that stuff.
