These are the one's that caught my interest right away.
This is gonna be sick!

1. 3 record collections
2. 3 shots of something famous/landmark from an unusual angle/perspective
3. 3 "interesting" people (goths, scene, hipsters) ( comparing this to other cities.) So stoked about this idea.
4. 3 skatespots ( I think It shouldn't have skaters in it. Just to concentrate on the spot itself)
5. 3 most badass people you know

There must be someone  that knows HTML better than me (I can do simple things) because that tumblr theme can be very well modified and made to perfect platform.

first of all:

http://sillylitteartproject.tumblr.com/ this is just a test anyway. I thought this was fitting pretty good because you have 3 pictures next to each other. maybe some graphic dude can make a good looking banner for that.  

we'll post the email address when right before we start posting, which means you have to send the pictures via email and one of us (vihreekerma and me) will make a post. this makes most sense to me. I hope you guys are cool about it.

and then I have some great news. like really, really great. the persons behind http://www.localartclub.de/ think that the idea is cool enough for an exhibition. this means there is a chance to have a group exhibition here in hamburg and maybe pay a little money for prints and rent - maybe 5-10 bucks each ... this could be really amazing ... imagine having 2 or 3 shows at the same time in different countries. but first of all, we should figure out the 5 topics and start shooting asap.

I've been lurking this topic and have a logistical suggestion.  Designate a moderator (or two) and just allow participants to post directly to the Tumblr.  If some jackass posts a bunch a dick pics or whatever the mods could just delete them.  Emailing pics to Matze and Vihreekerma to post sounds like it will turn into a lot of work for them. 

OR
if people have Flickr accounts you could start an invite-only group (to keep out the idiots and jokers).  Create a "Set" for the particular topic and then participants can upload directly to that set.  If Flickr is too uncool for the final format you could just use it as a database and make the tumblr from those images.

Good luck with the project, curious to see how it turns out.

I liked the idea of 3 oldest skatespots in the city, but I guess with 3 spots I can choose to do that. If we do the spot thing ether way I'm going on a mission to find the hydrant that Natas did his crazy spin on.

I think the "3 spots" gives you more freedom to find something really cool from the city. Or a  new perspective for an old spot. That's why I would prefer that one over the "3 oldest spots"

right! I think 3x5 pics guarantee enough posts for the first 1-3 months. I guess not everybody can do all 5 and skips one topic or two. maybe somebody joins after we're done with half of the posts and misses the first few.
let's make april 15th as the first deadline. maybe some dudes can just join later.

I think we just keep on quoting the last suggestions (for the topics) with just one post less. this is a good way.

This thing is losing momentum, I struck out a few more, focusing more on want I want to shoot than what I don't want to. I think there is one more strikeout left and then its time to shoot.
Oh, and my camera phone with the cops giving tickets to the people in wheelchairs got its screen smashed. It would take some amazing guesswork for me to pull it out of there, but I'll try. Still, there are 1000 other great police scenes to get every day so I'm not worried.
