Go to a surplus store or order them online, I usually wear a W34xL30 (I'm 6'2) just get the length a couple inches shorter

Dickies at wal mart are cheaper, but they are lower quality (hence the price). Dickies slim straights or 874s are a little baggier not too much. Just go on the dickies website. Buy your waist size with a shorter inseam than you normally wear. Its not that confusing.

Jokes and trends aside, I do wish that it were more common for pants to have shorter inseams. Not because I want highwaters, but because I'm short, and I have to cuff lots of my pants at least a little bit, otherwise they look all bunched up and weird.
