it's the hot brand of the moment and because the company is small they don't make a ton of product but everyone still wants it, the shop here got it and the retail prices are pretty standard actually.
Palace right now is exactly like Zoo york was in that 96-99 era, they make cool stuff but don't have a big backing or distributor so everything they put out is in high demand.
