That dude pretends like reading "the rules" was a kind of stupid thing to do (Gustavo vs Rodriguez game f.e.), but he surely is the dude insisisting on them being read. The whole rules reading thing always seemed to be some scientology inspired thing to me, actually the whole berrics deal. I don't follow the berrics anymore, but the whole old military theme, the segment about healing that dude nick mullins(!?) praying the rules... I mean look at that PJ vs O'Neill game, Koston makes the whole crowd pray the rules, i'm pretty sure that was not the only time, too. WTF, that shit always freaked me out.

* I don't know much about scientology, so maybe that is a wrong assumption,  but it always felt to me that he was trying to push the whole deal in a religious direction.

I don't get the logic behind some of their re-dos.

it's up to the refs who are sometimes regular

^perfect example of why these games need to be street league regulated with slow mos for all this bullshit toe drag shit. i'm sure there's a bunch of games where it could and should have gone the other way.

I want to see Sewa in the finals, he's really got the mindfucking tricks down.
I don't know though, he might not have the regular tricks down seeing that he missed the frontshuv

i wanna see sewa in the final, or at least play shane.

ideally he would play shane then the winner would play mikemo or PJ.

stoked on mikemo vs PJ which will probably happen

Damn, Sewa must really want to win this thing, he went straight for the throat. Nick giving the thumbs up on Wes' frontside bigflip was pretty funny.

I love how positive Wes always seems. Giving props and all that after every trick Sewa did.

Also, always hyped on seeing Dompierre in the mix again.

And he gets incentives from DC every time he wears them when he reads the rules.  Same reason why he had the headphones on.  Gotta get the incentives.

Precisely, it's a bit ridiculous (IMHO) that he was so nonchalant about his headphones being around his neck. I wonder what he was listening to beforehand... Probably Huey Lewis and the News.
But, I guess when faced with that decision, most of us are going to try to get paid as often as possible.

The cord probably went into his pocket unplugged...

I used to do this. On the train headphones or sunglasses mean "don't you dare try to talk to me." The ipod on my phone was broken so I'd just shove the cord in my pocket.

Once you give Sewa the open you're pretty much dead. Someone program some fun and relaxation into serious German.

Awkward or not, seemed like Sewa kinda fan out on Wes. Bummed that Wes had to go against Sewa, because Wes also could get to the finals.

my thoughts exactly, BUT HE HAS THAT SHIT DIALED DOWN.

Maybe he'll broaden his trick selection as the finals approach.

Why on earth you guys give Sewa a free pass and then talk massive shit on Shane Oneill is some regular irony. Oneill is way more pleasant to watch than this Russian ogre.
