My second 8.28
Setting up the tt shortly with the 97a, but I am torn between ace 44s or 8.25 tensor atg.  It's number IV on the stack, and looks pretty mellow.  The kid has aces and I love cruising on his board, but the tensors grind so bloody well.  I do wish the atgs were a touch lower, too.  Mostly plan on curb crushing with this set up, and maybe try out the ledges I've been prepping up.  Thoughts?

I got that Mason shape with that Ishod graphic on it in the mail a few days ago. I am perplexed lol
Lol if it's any consolation I got that Ishod shape with a Mason graphic last year

Are you able to adjust the height on that flatbar?

not at all. It’s just something to goof around on and help warm up with minimal effort(I’m in my 30’s). It breaks apart and I can stash it in my car without it taking up too much room

Also forgot I got a set of 55’s for a cruiser

Pretty stoked about this, I wanted checkerboard slip on since a really long time and the classic skate old skool look so damn dope on white.

i would recommended finding a way to stretch out those slips because they are fucking STIFF for like 2 weeks. Old skools are pretty nice out the box. no real issues with those

Do you guys wear the same size laces and slip ons?  I wear a 10.5 Old Skool, and I couldn't even get my foot in a size 12 slip on...

Yes I wear the same size but the new skate slips are pretty stiff as Slugboi22 mentioned. Oddly enough, although they were harder to get on the first time, it was a shorter break in time then pro slips. Those used to be a 2 week wear around mandatory.

Got the devin bagnoli dickies from 303. Cool embroidery of a drawing he made.

Also just ordered the sci fi fantasy bait deck from atlas. Looking forward to that even though i already have four decks in plastic ready to skate.

Ricta clouds 92a 54mm. Perfect wheel for rough roads.
Was on OJ Keyframes previously which were great but were a touch too bouncy.
It was either these or the OJ Nomads.

Recently re-setup a set of 54 92a clouds and they are the perfect middle ground

So far so good on the rough roads here in the philippines. Would love to see how they go at a park!

wouldn’t recommend 92a at a park. The soft urethane will slow you down. I’ve found this from rising 95a on a smooth tennis court. Feels strange

Randomly sent it on a 8.5 Doomsayers deck that looked nice when I went in to my local, and turns out it is the exact same shape as my 8.5 Fitzgerald Hockey deck. Deck is a lot lighter overall, which is great IMO, but definitely was not expecting this.

Still BBS wood then.

Good thing you like it so you don't have to "send it" back, hey?!?

Gone since 1988.  I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

The Doomsayers was actually PS i'm pretty sure, it had the PS# on it. maybe i just lucked out on the shape similarity if Hockey is 100% BBS produced currently?

Me and Ricky Stiles drank all the beers and ordered this shit I think. Flip tricks should take an unnecessary amount of effort, but whatever bro don't be dumb, I will figure it out.

I guess it depends how old the Hockey board was, as both have been on PS Stix in the past, and it would be PS Stix if it had the SN# PS 4848484 on it.

Either way it is a good one.

9.25 grosso deck
66 af1 aces
56mm 97a classics
Welcome candy bar rails

Pretty pumped to get all the stuff and put it together.
Got the wheels from vu
Trucks from embark
Deck from insanity board shop
And had to get the rails direct from welcome but I tried to get as much stuff local as I could

8.25 Kyle Nicholson and 8.37 Ty Beall scumco decks

Got slightly spooked by Scumco getting new boards from Control (my least favorite wood) so I stocked up a bit more since I'd imagine it'll be at least another year before we see more PS boards from them. I forgot to take a pic of the graphic and I've already set the Ty Beall up so these are just the tops but neither of these graphics are favorites from this run anyways. These two came from Holistic, which is one of my favorite shops to order from since JD is super attentive and takes time to measure, photograph, and fulfill any other weird madness related requests I may have. He's also a lakai rep so they've always got a great selection of shoes in stock. Definitely one of the best shops out there in my opinion.

No pic but I also got another Evan Smith 8.25 from Radio. I've got 3 on ice now so that should hopefully last until the next PS run where they'll hopefully use this shape again. It really is one of the best shapes I've ever skated. There might be one more 8.25 at Radio (they had 2) if none of the locals grabbed it, so if you like full/square shapes with mellow kicks I'd suggest grabbing it before my madness flares up again.
